Reconnect with your essence through inspiring workshops, heartfelt conversations, and rejuvenating activities. What: À la carte workshops Yoga, acroyoga, body alignment, deep stretch, modern/contemporary, jazz Broadway, theater, repertoire variation, ballet, floor barre, sophrology, meditation, and barre boot camp. No background is necessary - Beginners and advanced classes available. Between workshops, you can hike in the woods, swim in the lap-pool, take a rest in the hot-tub, and enjoy your end of day around the big outdoor fire pit. You will have the opportunity to rest, take some time for yourself, and connect with others. Instructors: Léna Alvino, Marie Walburg, and Virginie Personne Who: Motivated Women! When: Sep 27-28-29, 2024 from Friday 3:30 pm to Sunday 3:30 pm Where: Gassho House, Nicasio, CA A magical place, 1 hour driving distance from San Francisco. We literally had a "coup de coeur" for this peaceful and refined place located in the middle of the redwoods. The entire venue is privatized for our retreat.
